Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and shipping charges are not accepted. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
